Migration Agency: Don’t apply for civics test without proof of Swedish skills

The Swedish Migration Agency has been instructing people invited to take the new civics test for citizenship not to apply if they cannot already demonstrate sufficient knowledge of Swedish, leading many who have received the message not to register.
