Mid-Year Budget Review: What happened to the GH¢40m promise to Ghana’s creative industry?

The 2026 Mid-Year Fiscal Policy Review has arrived. Parliament has been updated on the implementation of numerous government programmes. Yet, conspicuously absent from the Finance Minister's statement is any mention of the 40 million cedis promised film and creative arts players.
