NewsGreater Manchester NewsManchester weatherManchester is set to see temperatures hit 30C once again11:40, 06 Jul 2026Greater Manchester could be set to see temperatures reach as high as 31C in the coming days, as another heatwave is expected to hit the region.‌It comes after the UK saw a scorching heatwave last month, with a new June temperature record of 37.7C being recorded on Friday (June 26) at Lingwood in Norfolk, east of Norwich - beating the 37.3C recorded at Santon Downham in Suffolk the same day.‌The UK has seen significantly cooler temperatures in the following week, however the Met Office is now forecasting temperatures to soar once again, with highs of around 30C expected across the UK, and in Manchester, by the end of the week.‌Click here to get the biggest stories straight
