MCEs collecting fees from galamseyers are facilitating illegality – Ken Ashigbey

Convener of the Media Coalition Against Galamsey, Ing. Ken Ashigbey, has accused some Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) of facilitating illegal mining by collecting fees and charges from persons engaged in galamsey.
