McAllan appoints interim HES chair after Sir Mark Jones quits after nine months

Ronnie Hinds has been appointed Interim Chair of Historic Environment Scotland (HES) by the Cabinet Secretary for Education, Culture and Gaelic, Màiri McAllan after resignation of Sir Mark Jones.
