The Miami Marlins had the No. 14 overall pick in the 2026 MLB Draft, and with that pick, they took a High School shortstop who has some incredible power and speed abilities.As USA Today's Bob Nightengale reports, the Marlins are drafting Jacob Lombard with the 14th selection in the MLB Draft, taking a player who has some ties to the big leagues already.As Nightengale also notes, Lombard is the younger brother of New York Yankees infield prospect George Lombard Jr., with both being the sons of Detroit Tigers bench coach George Lombard.Marlins draft George Lombard Jr.'s younger brother, Jacob Lombard"Jacob Lombard, the brother of Yankees' prized prospect George Lombard Jr. and the son of Tigers bench coach George Lombard, is drafted by the Marlins," Nightengale reports.Lombard is an 18-year-
