Marine scientists warn El Niño will push sharks, venomous snakes and other oceanic ‘oddities’ across seas

The NOAA has forecasted a 63% chance of a “very strong” El Niño from November 2026 to January 2027 and believes this year’s “would rank among the largest El Niño events in the historical record.”
