'Many questions to be answered' in Shine inquiry - Govt

Minister for Health Jennifer Carroll MacNeill has said that a Commission of Investigation into paedophile Michael Shine will enable, in a structured way, an analysis and examination of all documents to find out who knew what during the time of his offending.
