Details of his death while serving his sentence at high-security HMP Wakefield prison in West Yorkshire have been confirmed by a watchdog.The Prisons and Probation Ombudsman, which investigates all deaths in custody, confirmed an investigation was underway after his death on August 16. No further details have been announced.Hankinson was jailed in November 2021 for 14 years.
