Man who caused Calton crash that killed respected Glasgow lecturer fined £690
Engineer Tomasz Roszak, 45, has been fined £690 and banned from driving for 12 months after admitting causing the death of 79-year-old Strathclyde University lecturer Ann Rosengard by careless driving in Glasgow’s Calton. Miss Rosengard, a highly regarded academic and housing campaigner, died from chest and neck injuries days after the taxi she was travelling in was involved in a collision.
