Kenneth Voyles says the encounter left him with life-changing injuries and caused him ‘severe emotional distress’. Voyles has filed a lawsuit against Oregon firm Touchstone Granite & Marble and its owner, James Grant. He’s looking for $5,000,000 in compensation and the same amount again in punitive damages.
