Man out on bail crashes into police cruiser, blasts onto sidewalk nearly hitting woman with stroller: Police

A 24-year-old Owen Sound man, out on bail and facing numerous charges, was driving a pick-up truck when he allegedly drove onto a sidewalk nearly hitting pedestrians, including a young woman with a child in a stroller, among several other dangerous actions.
