Man killed, another wounded in South Shore shooting

A man was killed and another wounded in a shooting late Tuesday in the South Shore neighborhood, Chicago police said. The shooting happened around 11:55 p.m. in the 6700 block of South Chappel Avenue, police said in a statement.
