People in the Pennsylvania city had a fright of their lives when a suspect with a Halloween-style face mask suddenly ran up to them last week during a scare spree. One jogger is said to have seriously injured her leg after the masked creep chased her before allegedly asking her ‘are you ready to die? while holding up his phone. She ran away screaming for help, causing her to trip and fall, according to the city’s police captain, Jason Smith. The woman will likely
