Man charged with dangerous driving after vehicles damaged on A5

A man has been charged with dangerous driving after a number of cars were damaged on the A5 as a vehicle travelled at high speed.The 29-year-old man has been charged in connection with an incident on the Melmount Road stretch of the A5 at Strabane on Friday evening.He has been charged with dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, driving when unfit through drink or drugs and three counts of failing to remain where an accident occurred causing injury.The man is due to appear before Enniskillen Magistrates’ Court on Monday, and all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
