Man charged in 2021 River North homicide

A man has been charged in the 2021 fatal shooting of a man in River North, according to Chicago police. Rashawn Ward, 31, faces a charge of first-degree murder and one count of unlawful use of a weapon by a felon for allegedly possessing a firearm as a convicted felon, police said.
