Police were flagged down by security staff on Wood Street at around 1.10am on Thursday, July 16, following reports a man had allegedly been seen using his mobile phone to film women in a bar.‌Ryan Shead, 33, of Anstey Road, Stoneycroft, has been charged with three counts of recording an image under clothing to observe another without consent and one count of breach of a sexual harm prevention order.
