Police now have the power to arrest David Trench without a warrant if he ever tries to re-enter any part of Croydon, south London. Croydon Council secured an injunction against him after he ‘caused misery for local businesses and residents’, particularly in West Croydon. It is unclear what form Mr Trench’s antisocial behaviour took. Executive Mayor of Croydon Jason Perry said: ‘We will not tolerate antisocial behaviour in our borough. This injunction sends a clear message that perpetrators are not welcome in Croydon. ‘We will continue to take firm action against those whose behaviour causes distress and dis
