Man arrested and one seriously injured after Barry incident

A second man, aged 30, has been arrested on suspicion of inflicting grievous bodily harm.The incident happened on Skomer Road at around 11.20pm on Friday, July 17. According to Google maps there was a road closure in place on Saturday morning.South Wales Police is appealing for information to assist the investigation.
