A coroner has concluded Aaron Wayne Phillips, from Tonyrefail in Rhondda Cynon Taf, died by misadventure.‌Pontypridd coroner's court heard Mr Phillips worked as a delivery driver and "was known to use illicit drugs". Coroner Patricia Morgan said there were no recent records of him having mental health issues.‌On July 26 last year he had been out with friends at a social club but did not return home.
