A MAN IN his 20s remains in a critical condition in hospital after a serious assault in Dublin city centre in the early hours of this morning. The assault occurred on Hawkins Street at approximately 12.20am this morning. The injured man was taken to Beaumont Hospital for treatment, where he remains in a critical condition. Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
