Man, 18, arrested after girl, 2, hit with e-bike and airlifted to hospital with serious injuries

AN 18-year-old man has been arrested after a toddler was seriously injured after being hit by an e-bike. The two-year-old girl was airlifted to hospital from the scene at Clacton, Essex, at around 9pm on Thursday.
