Merseyside Police were called to Woodchurch Road in Prenton around 9.10pm on Saturday, July 25 to reports a pedestrian had been hit by a blue BMW.‌The pedestrian, a man in his 20s, was taken to hospital, where he remains in a serious but stable condition on Monday, July 27. The driver stopped at the scene and is assisting officers with enquiries, the force said.‌Police are appealing for information following the crash.
