Main road in Wigan blocked off after flooding as car 'abandoned'

Council and United Utilities staff are working on Tanners Lane after it was submerged in water on Thursday morning (August 20).‌Photos taken by the M.E.N show a vehicle which appears to have been abandoned underneath the bridge where the flooding occurred.
