Madhira hi-tech kitchen to serve 44,107 students

Custom-built vehicles to transport breakfast to government schoolsThe newly inaugurated centralised community kitchen at the Agricultural Market Yard in Madhira has been equipped to prepare breakfast on a large-scale under hygienic conditions.Set up in an 8,000 sq. ft. shed by the Hare Krishna Movement Charitable Foundation (HKMCF), the kitchen has automated equipment capable of preparing 1,520 idlis in 20 minutes, 2,000 dosas in an hour and 3,600 puris an hour.
