Macron says Europe will defend itself at all costs ahead of Ukraine allies summit

As 25 leaders of the 'coalition of the willing' group of countries pledging support to Ukraine prepare to gather for a summit meeting in Paris, French President Emmanuel Macron affirmed Europe was in the process of becoming a military power capable of defending itself.
