M9 crash: Five boys killed in County Kildare smash named after car went wrong way on road

They were killed after driving a high-powered BMW the wrong way along the motorway, colliding with a family travelling to Dublin Airport in the early hours of Sunday morning.Sources indicate that police will not be formally releasing their names for several days, however all of their identities have now been established. They are: Jeremy O’Brien, 18, from Carlow, Alex McCarthy, 17, from Carlow, Joey Carthy, 15, from Athy, Kildare, Jack Kennedy, 17, also from Athy, and Kamil Pustkowski, 17, from Limerick.
