Vehicles were held this morning (July 4) on the westbound carriageway at junction 21, for Milnrow.It follows a collision on the motorway, according to the Inrix traffic monitoring service. Traffic was briefly held in both directions, but the eastbound carriageway soon reopened.Drivers were diverted away from the crash scene by being taken off the M62 at junction 21, before re-joining on the entry slip road.
