Traffic monitoring service Inrix reported just before 8am on Monday, July 27 that the M53 southbound was partially blocked due to an accident between junction three at the A552 Woodchurch Road in Woodchurch to junction four at the A5137 Brimstage Road in Bebington.A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said officers received a report about a crash on the motorway just before 7.25am.
