Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko said Belarusian troops would not be sent to fight in Ukraine, while accusing an international "war party" led by the West of prolonging the conflict. He also claimed the EU is pursuing militarization and alleged Belarus continues to face hybrid attacks from Western countries.
