‘Lucky’ Episode 7 (Finale) Recap: Freedom Isn’t Free

It can be difficult to think back through all the sudden misdirects, random murders, and effortless con artist masquerades of Lucky, the Apple TV “limited series” that apparently ends with Episode 7 (“All Good Things”).
