LTFRB begins deliberations on pending fare hike petitions

MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) said Thursday that it started deliberations of all pending fare hike petitions of several transport groups. According to LTFRB Chairperson Atty. Vigor Mendoza II, the agency is already reviewing the appropriate fare adjustments for jeepneys, passenger buses, utility van express, taxis, and motorcycle taxis.
