LRS concession extended

The Telangana government has extended by four months the 25% concession on fees and other charges payable under the Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS), offering relief to applicants seeking to regularise plots in unauthorised layouts. The concession, which was scheduled to end on August 1, will now remain in force until November 30, 2026.The extension was notified through G.O.
