Low-pressure system to bring unstable weather
Taiwan is forecast to have unstable weather this week, with a low-pressure system expected to bring heavy rain to some areas, the Central Weather Administration (CWA) said yesterday.Moisture carried by southwesterly winds, combined with the low-pressure system, is expected to affect central and southern Taiwan this week, with intermittent rain possible throughout the day and heavy localized rainfall forecast in southern areas, the CWA said.Elsewhere, active convection is expected to bring afternoon showers during the week, it added.
