Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla urges consensus for debate on tougher anti-paper leak law

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla urged the government and the Opposition to reach a consensus by 5 pm so that the House can take up for discussion the stringent law against exam paper leaks introduced in the House Monday.
