LIST: Ferry trips cancelled on Aug. 13 due to rough seas

MANILA, Philippines — Several ferry trips remained cancelled on Thursday, Aug. 13, due to rough seas brought by the effects of the enhanced southwest monsoon, or habagat, the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) said. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration warned that moderate to rough seas of up to 2.8 meters of wave may
