Liquidator appointed to Scottish pub company after HMRC court action

The compulsory liquidation relates to the 6 Bells Pub Group Limited, listed at comes Moncrieffe Road. A petition was presented to Airdrie Sheriff Court by the Advocate General for Scotland on behalf of the Commissioners for His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs seeking that the company “be wound up by the court and to appoint a liquidator”. The April called on all parties claiming an interest to contact the court at the time. Now Derek Jackson of Grainger Corporate Rescue & Recovery has been appointed liquidator.
