Clancy, 36, is said to have planned the killings of Callan, Dawson and Cora Clancy, whose bodies were found in the basement of the family home in Duxbury, Massachusetts, in January 2023. She does not deny killing them, but her lawyers argue she should not be held criminally responsible for their deaths because she was suffering with postpartum psychosis.
