Lindsay Clancy sobs in court as medical examiner describes children's injuries before they died

Lindsay Clancy had an emotional day in court on Wednesday in the trial for killing her three children. She's fighting murder charges, saying she was suffering from postpartum psychosis and overmedication. Shanelle Kaul reports.
