Lifetime Ont. fishing ban, $4K in fines for pair after illegal fishing

Two Southern Ontario men have been fined more than $4,000 for illegally fishing walleye on the Black Sturgeon River, which is closed year-round for conservation. One man also received a lifetime fishing ban after fleeing conservation officers.
