Liberia: 'Liberia Must Compete for Investment, Not Dwindling Aid'

[Liberian Observer] United Nations Resident Coordinator and Deputy Chair of Liberia's ARREST Agenda for Inclusive Development (AAID) National Steering Committee, Christine N. Umutoni, has warned that Liberia must fundamentally change the way it finances national development, urging the country to compete for investment rather than remain dependent on dwindling traditional development assistance.
