Every day when I go out driving, I see vehicles turning right at a stop sign or a red light after the drivers just slowed down and then continued on their way. I’m willing to bet that every person who has written a letter to the Review-Journal complaining about favoritism because the governor did not get a ticket has been guilty of this at one time.
