LETTER: A strange definition of ‘success’

If, before the war, there were 20 millions barrels of crude passing through the strait and now, six months later, there are between 5 million and 10 million barrels, how can this be rated as a “success”? We are moving in the wrong direction. Plus, the price of gasoline has increased to more than $4.10 a gallon, which affects all aspects of our daily lives.
