Leiper unveils ‘Transit that Works’ mayoral platform

Ottawa mayoral candidate Jeff Leiper is promising to undo OC Transpo bus cuts, introduce a “Transit Service Guarantee” and rollout dedicated bus lanes as part of his plan to improve public transit in the capital.
