'Lack of evidence' means Lao officials won't lay charges

Investigators in Laos gave one of their first detailed accounts of the investigation into the deaths of six people, including 19-year-old Australians Holly Morton-Bowles and Bianca Jones, saying they don't have enough evidence to lay charges because autopsies were not carried out.
