Labour board rules Canada Revenue Agency discriminated against employee by denying COVID vaccine exemption

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) discriminated against a public servant by refusing to grant an exemption to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate based on his religious beliefs, the federal labour board ruled.
