La Union fisherman nabbed for fishing without a license

CALASIAO, Pangasinan – Maritime law enforcers on Monday arrested a 45-year-old La Union fisherman for setting off to fish in municipal waters without a license.  A police report said the fisherman was apprehended off the waters of Sto.
