La Mesa Dam reaches spilling level

MANILA, Philippines — The water level at La Mesa Dam hit its spilling level of 80.15 meters (m) as of 5 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 10. Less than an hour earlier at 4:20 p.m., the dam’s water level stood at 80.12 m, just 0.3 m below the threshold. The dam’s water level was at 80.11
