Kyiv Prepares Lists of Residents Who May Need Evacuation in Winter

Kyiv authorities are compiling lists of residents who may need temporary relocation if Russian strikes cause prolonged heating outages this winter. The initiative focuses on people with limited mobility, including elderly residents living alone, people with disabilities and families raising children with disabilities.
