Kumamoto City residents stunned as 7.1 magnitude earthquake rocks Japan

The powerful earthquake struck southwestern Japan on Tuesday and killed at least 18 people. Many residents were reminded of the earthquake that occurred there 10 years ago that killed 50 people.
